High functionality in a very compact space
Robolux valve solutions completely redefine space/performance ratios. In downstream processes in particular, the pneumatically or manually controlled valves excel thanks to their low volumes and dead space reduction. Their sophisticated design also means that Robolux valves can be very efficiently and easily cleaned. This can be a crucial advantage, especially when downstream sterile processes are involved, such as filtration or chromatography.
Cutting costs and boosting productivity
Robolux valves concentrate high functionality in a very compact space: two shut-off valves within one housing replace the T-pieces and welds which would normally be required. The patented valve shape also minimises the number of valves and membranes which are needed. The Robolux valve therefore reduces the space required, and cuts assembly and maintenance costs.
Efficient Robolux block solutions are ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, not to mention the nutrition, and food and drinks industry, because they optimally satisfy their special requirements: Robolux valves from Bürkert are not only extremely easy to clean and 100% emptiable, they also reduce the amount of branching at valve nodes, with an associated boost in plant productivity.
Bürkert supplies Robolux valves in a range of housing materials: stainless steel, plastic, PVDF or PP. The membrane valves are therefore suitable for a whole range of media. With operating pressures of up to 10 bar, Robolux valves open up numerous options for more efficient process solutions in the nutrition, and food and drinks industry, as well as the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical and photographic industries.
